Created effective branding across all areas of the business, from snappy travel insurance headlines to in-depth mortgage brochures and emails inspiring London Marathon runners with their training. Lead writer on Summer Savings brochure, developed competition creative for Financial Services events and mentored junior copywriters.
Concepted outdoor billboards to advertise the new Pisa to NY non-stop flight, which featured in both Times Square and the Italian city. Wrote global Delta experience brochure from start to finish, which was then translated into over twenty other languages.
Re-branded the loyalty programme for luxury hotel brand Intercontinental. Created strapline, developed and delivered welcome pack, loyalty card and brochure outlining all the benefits.
